Answer

It's kind of hard to pin down the exact meaning of this word, but I find the following definition from the Urban Dictionary to be reasonable and better than most:
A racial slur for a white person that is not loyal to White Supremacy.

  1. Your definition is spot on. The term is derived from the old English "cuckold", which means "husband of an adulterous wife".... and who may therefore, be parenting offspring that are not genetically his own, either unwittingly or with full knowledge. It's roots extend back to the medieval period, and alludes to the cuckoo bird who sometimes lays eggs in another bird's nest. It is one of the current buzz words of the white nationalist movement used to denigrate those they believe are only pseudo - white nationalist or not firmly committed. It carries a connotation of "effeminate" or, less than a stalwart, masculine, authoritative man of the movement.
