資金難、財政困難、経営難、経済的な苦しさ
Financial woe自体は、イディオムではありませんが、woeとの組み合わせが面白いと思います。他の単語もこのwoeと組み合わせる事も可能です。

Answer

"Financial woes" isn't really an idiom nor that strange for native speakers, but not many non-native speakers may think of combining "woe" with "financial." So, I felt that this was worthy posting.
