今、主な辞書の中でOxford Dictionariesと他にいくつかの辞書がこの定義を使っているが、1998年版のOxford Dictionaryは、両方の定義を掲載しているらしい。
結論としては、このOxford Dictionariesの「男性から見て、性的な魅力を感じる若い女性」は、古い定義で、今のとくにアメリカの使い方では、「愛人としての若い男」となる。

Note: There is some controversy over these two different definitions, but the 1998 Oxford Dictionary seems to carry both.

1985年から1990年にtoy boyがひっくり返った用語とされているが、それ以上がわからない。

It seems that this term originated between 1985 to 1990, and is an inversion of toy boy, but beyond that it is difficult to find anything else.
