意味：
英辞郎によると、

困ったことがあるの。◆これから述べることに頭を悩ませている。

「困ったことがあるの」とありますが、これだけではありません。下記英語の定義にあるように「要点や重要事項」を話すときにも使います。また、これまで話した点に問題がある場合にも使うことがあります。
ただし、最近のラジオやポッドキャストでは、口癖のようにかなり頻繁に使用する人がいるので以前ほど重みはないように思います。
