英英辞典でもまだあまり掲載されていない表現ですがWilderness Agencyの定義は、

1. 自分の言っていることを信じている
2. 自分の言っていることを理解している
3. 自分に自信がある

です。

2. You know what you’re talking about.
3. You are confident in yourself.

 

Examples
