意味：
英辞郎によると、

ラスト・オーダー、最終審査請求

上記で間違いではないが、主にアメリカでは酒類を提供する店（バー、パブ等）でのラスト・オーダーです。基本的に、レストランで使用されることはありません。
ところが、イギリスではlast callではなくlast orderです。
