In addition to subscription services such as Hulu, Netflix, and Amazon Prime, many U.S. networks (and I assume networks in other countries) make their programs available on their web sites soon after they air - many times the next day. However, all of those services and network programs are limited to their home countries. If you try to view them outside of those countries, you will usually get a message such as, "This video is not available in your country."
Getflix is a way to get around those limitations. It is fast, convenient, and works for many countries, and can be used with most devices (PCs, tablet/smartphones (only with Wi-Fi), game consoles such as the PS4 and Xbox, etc.). It is also better than a local virtual private network (VPN) because it has servers all around the globe, so that if you have a fast connection, you will have fast access to the videos you watch. I have been using it with a 360Mbps optical fiber connection, and I might get a few seconds of blurry video, but after that everything is crystal clear.
The Getflix rates are every reasonable (US$3.95/month, US$33.18/year, US$56.88/two years with other rates in between), and with a subscription you will also have access to Getflix VPN if you want to surf anonymously.
