Zillennialsを解説している日本語のHPの多くが個人のものだったり、曖昧なものなので、下記英語のDictionary.comの定義の訳をみます。

1990年代前半から後半の間に特にアメリカで生まれた人。Millennial世代とZ世代の間に生まれたマイクロ世代（ある世代の末期から次の世代の初期の数年間に生まれた人）。

  さらに、MediumのGeneration Guide: Zillennialsがもっとはっきりした定義をしている。

Zillennialとは、1993年から1998年の間に生まれた新しく定義されたマイクロ世代。
